"La Baita" restaurant was officialy "born" in 1973 in the ancient house cluster/village of Collodari. In 1994 the restaurant is moved to a new, not far address: a villa surrounded by olives whit breathtaking view over the Gulf,whitch enhances its natural beauty.

The new premises are modern and it offers a large private parking lot and plenty of outside space. The cuisine is strictly traditional and typical Ligurian, characterized by a desire of costant revamping and renovation as well.
